Experience a week of invigorating movement and deep relaxation. 

This program blends Acu-tone yoga with dynamic Warrior sequences, extended Sun Salutations, mindful breathing, strength training, and a core-focused Friday finale.

Jill Morris created a well rounded 5-day Acu-tone yoga class. 
Monday - Friday I cover the Warrior Routine, extended Sun Salutation, Breath & Relax concepts,
Yoga tone with weights and cardio and finishing up with the Six Pack Ab workout on Friday.

Components

Releasing the 3 Pillars to the core: Lower/Middle/Upper.

The Ampadu Pressure Point Release; Round the clock point therapy to let go of inner tension.

E.R.T. Emotional Release Technique; either done solo or healer's aid (releases emotional debris).

In all my 69 years of questioning, how do I find peace? 
I literally found peace in daily yoga practices . Being trained by my teacher from California, who has written a book on Acu-pressure points through yoga, was the game changer for me. In this profound wisdom, I AM, THAT I AM, will open a more intimate classroom atmosphere in my home. Mon.-Fri. 8-6 and will go later for those who are serious in their quest. In this, there will be breathing exercises, awareness to meridians that connect to internal organs and unblocking emotional traps deeply held within one's psyche.'
